CASE STUDY #4

Residential estate,

Gosforth

Project Description

Deep in Newcastle is Gosforth, an area which originated in 1826, a settlement which was known as Bulman Village. Gosforth is now an affluent area full of shops, bars and restaurants. It was here that we undertook the Gosforth Refurbishment Scheme to replace all existing windows to 40 maisonettes on a residential estate.
The majority of tenants living on this estate are elderly requiring on-going careful liaising between ourselves, the landlord, the letting agent and the tenants themselves. to ensure a smooth journey and as little disruption to everyone as possible.

project requirements

This project included uPVC top and side-hung casement windows, bay windows and lead glass top sashes  in 40 different mainsonettes.
